Mahmood Lebbai

Mahmood Lebbai has extensive experience in technology and architecture, currently serving as Chief Technology/Product Architect and Solution Architect at the State of Utah since 2011. In this role, Mahmood has been instrumental in redesigning the Utah Eligibility System, encompassing various programs such as Medicaid, Childcare, Foodstamp, Financial Assistance, Special Payment Programs, and SSI. Prior to this, Mahmood held technical architect positions at HCL Technologies and Symantec, as well as technical lead roles at Merck and Zafin Labs. Mahmood began the career as a Technical Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. An alumnus of Mohamed Sathak Engineering College, Mahmood holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
