Jim McLaughlin

Jim McLaughlin, PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology risk management and project management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Technology Risk Management at State Street since February 2010, Jim leads technology risk management programs and has held various leadership roles, including Vice President in the Program Management Office and Enterprise Transformation Integration. Prior experience includes project management at AstraZeneca and a series of leadership positions at Investors Bank & Trust, where Jim managed significant initiatives including the development of an enterprise internal portal and the rescue of a large-scale internal project. Jim holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
