Shawn M Shaw, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at State Street, a leading American financial services company, where Shawn has been since July 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon as Global Talent Executive overseeing European workforce staffing, and as MSP Talent Operations Manager at KellyOCG, specializing in the pharma and biotech sectors. Shawn's career also includes positions at Randstad Sourceright, Pontoon Solutions, IQNavigator, Robert Half International, Monster, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, along with military service as a Security Forces Training Instructor in the United States Air Force. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University.
