Stacy Belf

Stacy Belf is an accomplished legal and financial professional currently serving as Global Head of Consultant Relations and Chief Administration Officer for Alpha at State Street since March 2020. With a robust background in both the public and private sectors, Stacy held key positions including Managing Director roles in several divisions at State Street and Charles River Development, where expertise in risk management and compliance was developed. Prior experience includes prosecuting cyber and white collar crimes as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and practicing litigation at prominent law firms. Stacy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University.
