Sandipan B. has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several decades. Sandipan started their career in 1989 at Semiconductor Complex Ltd., where they worked in software development until 1992. Sandipan then moved on to Synopsys, where they worked in software development from 1993 to 1996. Sandipan joined Cadence Design Systems in 1997, where they worked in product management until 2000.
In 2001, Sandipan became the President and CEO of Knowlent Corporation, a venture-funded start-up that focused on software platforms for semiconductor designs. Sandipan held this position until 2008, during which they successfully expanded the company's presence in the US, Asia, Japan, and Europe.

Staten Solar is an international developer and EPC of solar PV, Storage and Fast EV Charging systems. Founded in 2008, based in Silicon Valley, with a subsidiary in New Delhi, the company’s focus is commercial and utility solar PV applications.
