Ståle Sando

Ståle Sando is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefits at Statkraft since July 2002. Sando has held multiple senior roles within Statkraft, including Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate HR and Head of Strategic HR, focusing on structural change projects, leadership development, and post-merger integrations. Prior to Statkraft, Sando worked at Trondheim Energiverk AS, managing M&A projects, and at Trondheim Energi AS, where expertise included cultural change and due diligence processes. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Management from Queen Margaret University and studies at the University of Oslo and Østfold University College.
