Helen Donkin has over three decades of professional experience, primarily in project coordination and administrative roles. Since May 2015, Helen has served as the Projects Support Team Leader at STATS Group, where responsibilities include leading a Project Support team and managing requests. Previously, from 2010 to 2015, Helen was a Projects Coordinator at STATS Group, overseeing project meetings and managing documentation. Earlier experience includes roles such as Commercial Coordinator at STATS Group, where client opportunities were managed, and Pack Management Executive at GSK, focusing on packaging updates for pharmaceutical products. Additional roles at GSK involved senior administrative support for directors and event coordination for major clients. Helen's career began at NWG as a Customer Services Officer and included a role as a Trade Marketing Assistant at International Vinters & Distillers, complemented by education at Newcastle Polytechnic.
