Neil Mackay, CEng MIMechE, currently serves as Director of the Pigging Products and Services Association (PPSA) since February 2024, focusing on promoting knowledge and communication regarding pigging and its associated products and services. Additionally, Neil holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager at STATS Group since April 2018, following a successful tenure at Halliburton from January 2010 to April 2018 as Pipeline Senior Technical Professional and previously as Pipeline Cleaning and Remediation/Pre-Commissioning Technical Professional. Neil has contributed to industry publications, including works featured in SPE and World Pipelines Magazine. Neil earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University between 2004 and 2009.
