Carl joined Stats Perform in 2018, with more than fifteen years of experience leading and growing software companies. As CEO, Carl has worked to improve and expand Stats Perform’s innovation and growth as the world’s leading sports data and technology company. Prior to Stats Perform, Carl was part of the sale of publicly traded NYSE-company Lexmark International, Inc., which sold to a consortium of private equity investors for $3.6 billion. Carl has served as CEO of four private companies and as board member to nearly two-dozen corporate entities. Carl holds a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Utah.
