Tara Sell has a background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Tara began their career at Tyco Fire and Building Products in 1999, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources for nearly eight years. In 2007, they transitioned to Brown Printing Company, assuming the role of Human Resources Manager until 2012. Subsequently, Tara joined Dental Imaging Technologies Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, a position they held for three years. Currently, Tara is the Human Resources Director at Stauffer Glove & Safety, a role they have held since 2015.

Tara Sell pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Penn State Abington. Tara then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
