Jo Phelps is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various companies. Jo started their HR career at Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, where they worked as an HR Business Partner for 10 years. After that, they joined Wells and Youngs Brewing Company as the Head of Human Resources, contributing to the company from 2008 to 2011. Following their time at Wells and Youngs, Jo Phelps worked at Novacroft Ltd as a Human Resources Manager from 2012 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Staysure Group, a role they have been in since 2017.
