James Haberlen has a successful career in the real estate industry. James began working as a Utility Forester for ACRT, Inc. in 1997. In 1998, they joined EDR where they held various roles, including Sr. Director of Business Development, Lender Solutions, Vice President, Strategic Client Program, Vice President of Sales, Vice President, Lender Services, Sr Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Account Executive. In 2018, EDR was acquired by LightBox, where James held the role of Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships until 2021.
