Jantelle Jackson

Jantelle Jackson, MHA, CRCR, CSMC, currently serves as the Program Implementation Associate Lead at SteadyMD, where responsibilities include aiding start-up companies with service implementation, supporting workflow plan development, clinician staffing, and KPI tracking for specific programs. Previously, Jantelle held the position of Financial Coordinator Lead at Rush University Medical Center and worked as a Billing Specialist at TVG-Medulla, LLC, managing accounts receivable and patient interactions. Additional experience includes a role as a Customer Service Advocate 2 with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and various positions in retail management and customer service. Jantelle holds a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from Walden University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at the same institution, complemented by a certificate in Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling from the College of DuPage and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
