Ric B.

Ric B. currently serves as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Steak n Shake since February 2023. Previously, Ric held the position of Photography Supervisor at Shutterfly from October 2021 to February 2023, and worked as a Business Development & Digital Media Manager at ELEPHANT QUEEN LLC from January 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing social media and print media campaigns, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations. In addition, Ric was an Associate Producer at IPC / Buckingham Television from November 2020 to August 2021, coordinating production schedules and collaborating with creative teams. Early career experience includes working as a Learning Solutions Administrator & Instructional Designer at Agero, Inc. from April 2004 to April 2021, where Ric led learning seminars that significantly increased customer service performance. Ric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
