Jason May

Jason May is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the biopharmaceutical and biomedical device industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Finance & Accounting at Stealth BioTherapeutics since January 2016, Jason previously held positions including Assistant Controller at OMNIlife science and Predictive BioSciences. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at Enobia Pharma, which was acquired by Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Biosphere Medical, Inc., also acquired by Merit Medical. Additional experience includes consulting work at The Corporate Finance Group and budget analysis at Acambis, Inc., which was acquired by Sanofi Pasteur. Jason began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Network Plus Inc. and as a Management/Fund Accountant at State Street Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Providence College.
