Joe Chang

Joe Chang is a Principal DevSecOps Engineer at Steampunk, Inc., where responsibilities include automating and orchestrating security and operations activities to enhance mission resiliency and efficiency. Prior experience spans multiple roles at Accenture Federal Services, including Senior Technical Manager, where leadership of the Automation, Modernization, and Transformation team focused on high visibility projects for the TSA. Joe has a strong background in cloud infrastructure, test automation, and systems engineering, having led teams and developed technical strategies across various tools and technologies.
