Chris Hartwig

Chris Hartwig is an experienced executive in the maritime and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Executive Director and Vice President at Steel America since March 2023. Prior to this, Chris held various senior leadership positions at Colonna's Shipyard from May 2019 to March 2023, including Director of Programs and Executive Director of Trades. Chris's extensive tenure at Steel America from September 2007 to May 2019 included roles such as Operations Manager, Production Manager, Project Manager, and Project Estimator. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
