Ashley Aubrey (Benvenuti), MBA, is an accomplished project and human resources manager with extensive experience in HR functions across multiple companies. Currently serving as Project Manager for OmniSource at Steel Dynamics, Inc. since July 2020, Ashley oversees HR projects and manages HR systems. Previous roles include HR Manager at Superior Aluminum Alloys, where employee relations and training curriculum development were key responsibilities, and HR Business Partner at ABB, managing HR functions at two plant locations. With a strong foundation in HR gained from various internships and early roles, such as Human Resources Generalist and Talent Hunter at EPITEC, Ashley holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Finishing facilities at the Butler mill and in Jeffersonville, IN, produce pickled, cold roll, galvanized, and painted flat roll steel.
