Catherine C. B. Schmelter

Triona is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer of TreeHouse Foods, Inc., a manufacturer of packaged food and beverages. In her role, Triona is focused on how TreeHouse can build capabilities across enterprise-wide resources, including distribution and logistics, sourcing and digital technology to accelerate growth for the future and capture savings. She has more than two decades of deep experience in branding, sales and marketing, R&D, innovation, business strategy and finance. Prior to joining TreeHouse, Triona held a variety of management and leadership roles at Kraft Foods and General Mills, and she began her career with Arthur Anderson, serving clients in healthcare, manufacturing and retail industries.

Triona earned an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Art History and Accounting from The University of Notre Dame.
