Kamara Sudberry

Kamara Sudberry is an experienced professional in inclusive design and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Leader for Inclusive Design at Steelcase since November 2021, Kamara has previously held positions including Engagement Officer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hope College and Program Specialist at Spectrum Health, where a focus on community health and inclusivity was paramount. Additional experience includes officiating basketball for the Michigan High School Athletic Association, assisting with election operations for the City of Grand Rapids, and coordinating community outreach for Goodwill Industries. Kamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, and Political Science from Hope College.
