Lynnette Collins

Lynnette Collins currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Steelcase, where leadership focuses on enhancing talent's adaptability and skills for the future of work. Concurrently, Lynnette is a member of the Board of Directors for Inforum, an organization dedicated to advancing professional connections and careers for women in the Midwest. Previously, Lynnette held the position of FVP of Diversity & Inclusion at PennyMac Loan Services, where initiatives were developed to foster workplace inclusivity and belonging. Lynnette's extensive career at Amway included various roles culminating in the Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, and Talent Acquisition, where a comprehensive D&I strategy was championed. Lynnette received a BS in Sociology from Grand Valley State University.
