Megan A. Blazina

Megan Blazina currently serves as Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, and Vice President at Steelcase, overseeing legal, compliance, sustainability, and corporate strategy since March 2025. Prior to this role, Megan accumulated extensive experience at Whirlpool Corporation from July 2013 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of 65 legal and government relations professionals, handling compliance, litigation, and privacy issues throughout North America and global operations. Earlier positions at Whirlpool featured General Counsel roles for various regions and functions, with a focus on commercial law and marketing. Megan’s legal career includes significant positions at Carlson Companies, Inc. and Carlson Hotels, and began at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP. Megan holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in International Relations & Communications from the University of Minnesota.
