Tom B.

Tom B. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Engineer at Steelcase since January 2025, Tom previously held significant roles at Rivian from June 2019 to January 2025, including Staff Mechanical Engineer and Sr. Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Project Engineer at Aisin World Corp. of America from April 2015 to June 2019. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
