From October 2010 to February 2012, Andrew held the position of Director of Marketing at TMP. Andrew T. formulated marketing and strategic initiatives to position the company for growth. Andrew T. conducted market research and implemented new marketing and sales tools.
Prior to their role in marketing, Andrew worked as the National Sales Manager at TMP from January 2008 to September 2010. Andrew T. led a professional sales staff and was responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and product development. Andrew T. also developed forecasts, budgets, and trade show plans.
Andrew's first role at TMP was as the Regional Sales Manager from May 2005 to December 2007. Andrew T. was responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. Andrew T. gained experience in product management and business development during this time.
Andrew T. Duffy, Sr. MBA pursued their MBA degree in Entrepreneurship from Heidelberg University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at McDowell High School.
