Craig Walker has been working in the IT support field since at least February 2006 at Affiliated Computer Services as an IT Helpdesk Specialist, providing technical support for over 5,000 users. In addition to this, Craig has also worked at Dotster, Smith-Root Inc., Personal Computer Assistance, and currently at Steelscape as an IT Support Specialist. Their role involved providing technical support, responding to problems via various means, and training customers on various IT issues.
