Raffael Massa

Raffael Massa has a diverse work experience in the financial advisory field. Raffael started their career as an intern at MEDINVEST SPA in 1998, followed by a role as a Corporate Finance Director at Deloitte Financial Advisory S.r.l from 2005 to 2019. During their time at Deloitte, they also held positions from Staff to Senior Manager. In 2019, they moved to Steer and took on the role of Head of Financial Advisory Italy. Additionally, Raffael has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore since 2013.

Raffael Massa holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Additionally, they have obtained certification as an expert in virgin and extra virgin olive oils, registered with the Italian Chamber of Commerce. This certification was obtained in 2005 through Regione Lombardia.
