Christoffer Routledge is an experienced project manager and engineer with a robust background in automotive engineering and innovative business solutions. Currently serving as Project Manager for Global Growth & Business Unit Hydrogen at Stegra since March 2022, Christoffer leads the exploration of large-scale green hydrogen and steel project opportunities in Brazil. As a co-founder and project manager at IBDK Sweden AB since June 2016, Christoffer developed a cost-effective solution for measuring hot water consumption. Additional experience includes consulting at Umia Innovation, senior project engineering roles at ÅF and NIO focusing on chassis and vehicle dynamics, and a technical role at Cyan Racing that contributed to a championship win in 2017. Christoffer holds a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Chalmers University of Technology and has participated in various engineering projects throughout a career beginning in 2013, showcasing a strong commitment to technical excellence and innovation.

Founded in 2020, Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel) was created with the purpose to decarbonize hard-to-abate industry. Construction of our first project – an integrated plant producing green hydrogen, green iron and green steel – is well underway in Boden, Sweden. Slashing emissions using green hydrogen and renewable electricity, we’re starting a clean industrial revolution. Steel is just the beginning. We are building a diverse and rapidly growing team spread across our site and offices in Boden and Stockholm, targeting close to 1500 employees by the end of 2025.
