Liem Tran

Liem Tran has over 30 years of work experience in the RF/Microwave design engineering field. Liem started their career in 1988 as an RF/Microwave Design Engineer at ST Microwave (Signal Technology Corp) and worked there until 1996. From 1996 to 2004, they served as a Sr Principal Engineer at REMEC. In 2004, they co-founded Eclipse Microwave Inc and later became the Founder/Owner of Orion Microwave Inc from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the General Manager at RFCI Inc. Most recently, they have been working as a Sr RF/Microwave Design Engineer at Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) since 2013 and is currently employed at Stellant Systems, Inc. as a Sr RF/Microwave Design Engineer since 2021.

Liem Tran began their education journey in 1984 at De Anza College, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering for a year. Liem then transferred to California State University, Fresno in 1986 and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Liem completed their studies at California State University, Fresno in 1988.
