Stephen Rice

Stephen Rice is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at STELLAR BLU Solutions since March 2022, Stephen previously held the same title at GDC Technics, LLC from September 2019 to March 2022. Prior roles include Director positions at Thales and International Lease Finance Corporation. Stephen's career began at US Airways, where various positions were held from 1995 to 2011, and an internship was completed with the Boston Celtics from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Stephen served as an Officer in the United States Army from 1990 to 1994. Stephen holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
