Sehoon (Tom) Kim possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support within the cybersecurity and networking domains. Currently serving as Systest QA Manager at Stellar Cyber since February 2019, Sehoon specializes in system testing for a Big Data platform, including performance testing and the development of test scripts for Machine Learning anomaly detections. Previous roles at vArmour included Staff QA Engineer, Sr QA Engineer, and Technical Support Escalation Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed supporting customer issues across various vArmour products, such as distributed security systems and analytics tools. Earlier experience at Juniper Networks involved senior technical support for the SRX Series Firewalls, and at Netscreen Technologies, Sehoon held positions that focused on critical escalations in the APAC region for NetScreen Firewalls.
