Alex Cordeiro

Alex Cordeiro has a diverse work experience that includes roles in engineering, management, and co-founding companies. Alex currently works at the Stellar Development Foundation, where they have held positions such as Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Product Engineering. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the COO and Head of Engineering at Cheesecake Labs. Alex also co-founded Dyfocus and worked as a Backend Software Engineer. Additionally, they have experience as a Hilfswissenschaftler at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT and as a Research Assistant at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Alex Cordeiro attended the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2008 to 2013, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Control and Automation. In 2011, they briefly studied at RWTH Aachen University, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Automatisierungstechnik.
