Adison's earlier experience includes serving as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Jetabroad (Thailand) from May 2014 to November 2020, managing a team in software development using Scrum/Agile methodologies and developing high-performance selection systems. Additional roles include Senior Software Developer positions at Jetabroad (Thailand), Siam System Development Co., Ltd., and Agoda.com, with a focus on various software development technologies and methodologies. Adison holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Kasetsart University, completed in January 2006.
