In this role, Kim oversees the global HR team with a focus on organizational development, global talent acquisition, training, diversity & inclusion, and enhancing the employee experience at Stem. Kim brings 20 years’ experience in senior human resources leadership positions. Before joining Stem, Kim held senior positions at Amazon’s Devices Software & Services and Transportation divisions as well as GE’s Power Conversion and Renewables divisions. Kim earned a BA from Brunel University London.
