Todd Tolliver

Todd Tolliver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy storage and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Development Services at Stem, Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of NexESS Analytics, Todd specializes in optimizing energy storage systems while providing critical insights and resources to operators. Previous roles include leadership positions at ICF, Checkers Industrial Safety Products, Leidos, and GE Power & Water, where Todd managed engineering teams and contributed to advanced solar technologies. Additionally, Todd has served as an adjunct professor at Union Graduate College, imparting knowledge in photovoltaic systems. Todd holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
