Brett Sirois is a seasoned recruitment professional and founder of Stem IT, a niche human capital firm established in January 2019 that specializes in placing software and skilled technical professionals within the DC metro area. Prior to this, Brett served as Senior Practice Manager at Motion Recruitment, where a team under Brett's leadership consistently achieved significant placements and revenue milestones. With experience as both a Lead Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, Brett developed a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape.
