Robert Huff has held several positions in the telecommunications and technology engineering industries. Robert started their career in 1999 as a Territory Account Manager and Branch Manager at E&H Integrated Systems. In 2002, they moved to Norstan Communications as an Account Executive and Telecommunications, where they were awarded the Million Dollar Club. In 2004, they joined Nortel Networks as an Education Account Manager, where they were awarded the Master's recipient twice. In the same year, they also joined Avaya as an Education NSS - Network Specialist. Finally, in 2015, they founded STEP CG, a technology engineering firm, and served as President & CRO and CEO.
Robert Huff attended Thomas More University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Robert also attended the University of Kentucky from 1997 to 1998 and Morehead State University from 1995 to 1996.
