Allison Trudel

Allison Trudel is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Step Up For Students since October 2019, with prior roles as Learning and Development Manager and Learning and Development Specialist. Before this, Allison was the AVID Program Coordinator/Educator at Saint Johns County Public Schools from July 2017 to October 2019 and an Educator at Anne Arundel County Public Schools from July 2013 to June 2017. Additionally, a brief stint as a Brand Ambassador at 186 Advertising occurred in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certification in Instructional Design from the University of Florida, a Master of Education in School Improvement and Leadership from Goucher College, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University.
