Amber Harris-Demery, MBA, has extensive experience in customer experience and support management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Step since November 2020, Amber previously held various roles at Zero, including Director of Customer Support and Customer Support Manager, from November 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Supervisor at LendingClub from July 2017 to November 2018, Service Manager at Wells Fargo from January 2012 to July 2017, and Manager at Walgreens from June 2009 to October 2012. Amber holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2008.
