Carroll Kearse

Carroll Kearse, MS, CSP, CHMM, currently serves as the Environmental Health Safety and Security Manager at Stepan Company, a role held since January 2014, where responsibilities include leading and coordinating safety, environmental health, and training activities, in addition to serving as the primary contact for governmental reporting agencies. Prior experience includes serving as the Safety, Environmental, and Security Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from June 2010 to January 2014, overseeing safety, environmental, and security programs, and managing the local SES budget. Carroll Kearse began a career at Rhodia, working from May 1992 to June 2009 as a Health Safety Security and Environmental Specialist and Supervisor. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Botany/Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Biology from Benedict College.
