Colin Jones FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and training across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for Europe & Asia Pacific at Stepan Company since September 2005, Colin previously held leadership roles such as HR Director for European Polymers and HR Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Training Manager at Northern Foods and Training & Development Manager at Croda. Colin's career began at RHODIA CHEMICALS LTD, where positions included HSE & Training Manager and Personnel & Training Manager. Education includes a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from The University of Salford and an Associate degree from IEMA, as well as N.E.B.O.S.H certification in Environmental Management.
