Jim Savage

Jim Savage, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Information Technology Governance at Stepan Company, where responsibilities include designing and operating the global IT governance program and managing high-value technology projects. Previous roles at Stepan included Program Manager for Business Transformation and Project Manager for Business Enablement, where Jim oversaw large, cross-functional programs and a global rollout of management systems. Prior experience includes roles at Nokia, leading the Voice of Customer Experience Program, and Motorola Solutions, managing quality improvement initiatives and multiple project management teams across various product categories. Jim holds an MBA in International Business from DePaul University and a BBA in International Business and French from St. Norbert College.
