Andrew Kerry is an experienced financial services professional with a robust background in debt charity and banking. As Financial Solutions Manager at StepChange Debt Charity since May 2016, Andrew oversees the UK’s only free charity-owned mortgage and equity release advice service, facilitating client exploration of financial options in a supportive environment. Previously, Andrew held various managerial positions at Yorkshire Building Society Group from 1988 to 2015, culminating in the role of Area Manager, where responsibilities included managing 13 branches and a budget of £1.2 million while ensuring sales objectives and compliance standards were met. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
