Tim Atkins

Tim is a partner and co-team leader of the firm’s Real Estate team.

Tim has a broad experience in property matters which includes development work (including site acquisition and disposal, freehold and leasehold set up, joint ventures, promotion agreements and option agreements), residential and housing association work. He also is a very experienced Residential property solicitor.
