Frank Martinez, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial systems and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Systems at Stephens since April 2023, Frank has a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Technical Consultant at Workday, specializing in customer enablement for Financials Reporting & Analytics, and Program Manager at Google, where complex cross-functional programs were led in the realm of revenue systems. Previously, Frank held various positions at Etsy, focusing on optimizing Workday Financials, and at the Institute of International Education, where a team was built to support financial systems for over 750 employees. Frank began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at The Star-Ledger, following a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College.
