Maryse Bouchard is a highly accomplished medical professional currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of OrthoFlexion since August 2023. Holding the position of Associate Residency Program Director at the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Toronto since July 2021, Bouchard also works as a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon at The Hospital for Sick Children and serves on the Medical Advisory Board for Steps2Walk. Previous experience includes roles at Seattle Children's and the Royal Children's Hospital, where Bouchard gained expertise in pediatric orthopedic surgery and lower limb reconstruction. With an educational background that includes an MDCM from McGill University, an MSc in Global Surgical Health Policy from the University of Toronto, and fellowship training in orthopaedic surgery, Bouchard is recognized for contributions to the field through research and clinical practice.

Steps2Walk, Inc. is a not for profit, humanitarian foot and ankle organization that performs surgical missions in developing countries to correct severe foot and ankle deformities in children and young adults. Our mission is to focus on underserved regions of the world, while simultaneously educating local orthopedic surgeons in various foot and ankle surgical treatments. We currently have a presence in 24 countries. We believe that surgeon education will ultimately translate into helping thousands of people worldwide. We give the gift of walking and have a vision of providing accessible foot and ankle care worldwide.
