Thomas Fitzherbert-Brockholes is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in fund management and investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at StepStone Group since September 2021, Fitzherbert-Brockholes previously held the position of Director of Europe at Greenspring Associates, where the focus was on identifying and accessing differentiated fund managers across various stages and sectors. Prior to that, Fitzherbert-Brockholes was a Partner and Head of Alternatives at VCP Advisors from 2012 to 2019, and began their career as an Associate at Four Elements Capital. Fitzherbert-Brockholes holds a degree in Geography, Environment, and Society from the University of Bristol, as well as a Master of Professional Studies in Leadership for Sustainable Development from Forum for the Future.
