Nikolai Evans is an experienced design and user experience leader with a robust background in enhancing customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as Group Head of UX at StepStone since October 2016, Nikolai expanded the role from Head of UX at Jobsite to oversee all StepStone UK brands and subsequently achieved a global position. Previous experience at TUI involved roles such as Head of Customer Experience Strategy, where efforts focused on driving user-centric digital transformation, and Head of User Experience, significantly influencing the company's strategy. Nikolai has also held positions at GT London as Senior User Experience Architect and at RAC Motoring Services, where responsibilities included head of design and senior designer roles. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design from Brunel University of London.
