James Flett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field service management and technical support. Currently, as Field Service Manager at Stereotaxis since June 2019, James oversees parts management, a team of 4-6 field service engineers, and is responsible for training, system maintenance, and installation. Prior to this role, James served in the US Navy from September 2011 to April 2019, where significant achievements included tailoring and installing over 125 software upgrades for AEGIS-equipped warships, leading a team during a major overhaul recognized with the National Achievement Medal, and maintaining 100% operability through critical hardware repairs. James also held roles as Rental Agent at Thrifty Car Rental and Sales Associate at Finish Line, demonstrating a diverse skill set across various industries.
