Neil Protter

Neil Protter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales operations and finance, currently serving as Vice-President of Global Sales Operations at Stericycle since January 2012. Protter leads a team that supports 800 sellers, focusing on sales compensation strategy, territory design, and performance management. Notable contributions include the development of the Drive-to-65 initiative, which significantly enhanced sales performance. Prior roles at Stericycle include Director of Commercial Finance and Senior National Accounts Manager. Before joining Stericycle, Protter held key positions at Siemens Healthineers, where responsibilities included directing sales operations and data analytics, and executing pricing strategies for a $1.8 billion business.
