Jess Hood

Jess Hood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in international sales and training management. Currently serving as the Manager of EMEA Training Design & Delivery at STERIS since March 2019, Jess is responsible for leading the integration of European offices following a corporate acquisition and modernizing technical training systems across the region. Prior to this role, Jess held multiple positions at Medisafe International from March 2010 to March 2019, including Service Support Associate, Service Sales Manager, and International Sales Development Manager, focusing on sales account management in various global markets. Additionally, Jess has experience in managing international accounts at Ghostlight Ltd and Midas Interactive Entertainment Ltd, demonstrating a strong skill set in customer relations and technical sales. Jess holds a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds and a Spanish Language and Literature Erasmus degree from Universidad de Alcalá.
